Enhanced contact and membership management
Week 24, 2025 — June 9 to June 15
Managing your contacts and team just got easier and more powerful. You can now unarchive and resubscribe contacts with a single click—giving you greater flexibility in keeping your outreach lists up to date. Membership activation and deactivation actions have also been added, making it easy to manage your team’s access and permissions. Intuitive new icons clearly indicate each action, and the interface has been streamlined to keep everything clear and clutter-free.
Advanced options and settings, such as reply-to address customization, are now neatly organized in expandable sections (Accordions) within key forms. This new design keeps advanced controls accessible but out of your way during everyday use, streamlining mailbox and member management.
Improvements
- The contact and company property forms now avoid displaying trash icons for key fields, reducing visual clutter and preventing accidental deletions.
- The contact creation process is now more streamlined, with a clear “New Contact” button that opens a focused modal for adding contacts.
- The Apps import panel now highlights which integrations use Zapier and provides clearer descriptions, making it easier to understand your available app connections.
- Improved product descriptions offer better insights into app functionalities and integration pathways.
- The fine-tuning creation form now lets you specify exactly how many contacts to nurture, providing more precise control over audience development.
- When importing from Zapmail, clearer instructions let users know that mailbox exports may take up to 24 hours to appear in FirstQuadrant.
Fixes
- Email processing rules have been improved to ensure nurturing activities and open deal workflows don’t overlap, resulting in more accurate automation and fewer errors.
- Instructions in contact nurturing activities are now more informative and relevant, giving users actionable next steps.
