Weighted value analysis for deals
Week 23, 2025 — June 2 to June 8
A new “Weighted value” column is now available in the deals section, allowing you to see a weighted calculation of your deal pipeline based on each stage’s probability. This enhancement makes it easier to forecast revenue, prioritize opportunities, and gain better financial insight directly from your deal actions—helping you focus on the most promising prospects and understand your sales momentum at a glance.
Contact export to CSV
Managing and sharing your contacts just got easier. You can now export your contacts as CSV files directly from the settings page, making it simple to back up your data, analyze it in spreadsheets, or move it to other platforms. Just click the download button and your contact list is ready to go.
Import tracking for actions and contacts
A new “Import” column has been added to both action and contact tables. This makes it easy to see which records originated from imports, allowing for better data organization and traceability. You can search, filter, and manage imported contacts and actions with more precision.
Mailbox recommendations for contact activities
When sending an email from a contact’s activity page, FirstQuadrant will now recommend the best mailbox to use based on previous communications. The compose experience is more streamlined, with auto-suggestions ensuring you’re always sending from the most relevant email connection.
Enhanced draft email and follow-up management
The draft email form in contact activities now lets you handle follow-up emails more intuitively. You can update all follow-up addresses in a sequence, view relevant follow-up data within drafts, and benefit from more accurate email address suggestions. This update makes managing and personalizing outreach sequences even simpler.
