Smarter deal context and action tracking
Week 8, 2025 — February 17 to February 23
Understanding your pipeline and managing follow-ups just got smarter. FirstQuadrant now automatically surfaces past won deals right inside the contact prompt generation—meaning your AI assistant is more context-aware than ever when suggesting next actions, replies, or sales strategies. Actions linked to deals now display richer reasoning, with detailed activity formatting spanning campaign sequences, deal milestones, and nuanced relationship history. The result: more relevant suggestions, timely nudges, and clearer guidance as you move contacts through your sales funnel.
Richer activity management and note tracking
Managing outreach activities is even easier! You can now delete any unwanted action directly from contact activity dropdowns, and see a badge instantly appear when a note or response is linked to a task—helping you focus on what’s actionable. Importing contacts is more powerful too, with support for an optional note field during import, ensuring every import is documented with the context you need.
