Campaign mailboxes

We’re excited to introduce the ability to select specific mailboxes for each campaign. This allows you to run multiple campaigns with different sets of mailboxes, where each campaign will only send emails from its selected mailboxes. For example, you can use your primary mailbox for high-priority leads that need personal attention, while using separate mailboxes for larger-scale outbound campaigns.
We’re also working on a major update coming next week that adds support for inbound campaigns. We’ve already released some of these features under feature preview, including new ways to add contacts to campaigns through email forwarding, Zapier integration, and our API. We’re currently finalizing the API schema and will share complete documentation next week.
Fixes & improvements
- We have improved email syncing to include all email headers in FirstQuadrant for better email tracking and management.
- We launched a new Zapier integration that allows you to automatically add contacts to campaigns (currently available under feature preview).
- We added support for email forwarding, allowing you to add new contacts to campaigns by forwarding emails (currently available under feature preview).
- We introduced a new API endpoint that enables programmatic addition of contacts to campaigns (currently available under feature preview).
