Follow-ups for unresponded replies

FirstQuadrant now automatically creates follow-ups when recipients do not respond to your reply. You can configure this by going to “Settings” under “Reply follow-ups”. You can select from “Linear”, “Fibonacci”, or “Exponential” strategies and configure the number of follow-ups to send and how many days to wait after sending the reply.

Fixes & improvements

  • We improved the interface for answering questions by adding quick response templates when recipients request more information about our product or services.
  • We simplified the “Audiences” page by removing duplicate audience entries to make it cleaner and easier to navigate.
  • We fixed a bug where the system was incorrectly generating follow-up messages for conversations that were already marked as “Lost”.
  • We updated our email integration system to provide real-time synchronization of all incoming and outgoing emails.
  • We improved the visual clarity of disabled buttons by updating their color scheme to better indicate their inactive state.
