In a major update, we’ve added automated responses to FirstQuadrant. When a lead replies to your email, FirstQuadrant will automatically generate contextual responses that you can review and send. This feature handles various response types including positive replies, negative responses, out-of-office messages, and information requests, making your email communications more efficient.

Fixes & improvements

  • We’ve added the ability to create new audiences and offerings directly within the campaign creation flow, streamlining your workflow.
  • The system no longer attempts to generate descriptions for non-English websites to ensure accuracy.
  • Email sending has been moved to a background process, allowing you to continue using FirstQuadrant without interruption while emails are being sent.
  • We resolved an issue where quoted text from previous emails was not being properly removed from email messages.
  • All messages now display relative timestamps to help you better track your conversations.
