# Custom API goals

> Week 16, 2023 — April 17 to April 23

With the FirstQuadrant API, you can mark conversations as won and perform other tasks programmatically. This is useful if you want to integrate with your CRM or other systems. Create an API key by heading to "Settings" -> "Apps" and enabling the FirstQuadrant API.

## Fixes & improvements

* We improved campaign creation speed by prioritizing the training of leads in newly created audiences.
* We added additional monitoring checks to detect when a connected account's website becomes unavailable.
* We implemented a fallback scraping service to ensure continuity when the primary service is unavailable.
* We renamed the "Duplicate audience" button to "Create audience" to better reflect its purpose.
