# Calendly integration

> Week 12, 2023 — March 20 to March 26

We now sync created events in Calendly to FirstQuadrant and automatically mark conversations as "Won" when a meeting is booked. You can connect your Calendly account by going to "Settings" -> "Apps" and clicking "Install" on the Calendly card.

## Fixes & improvements

* We added support for inviting team members to your FirstQuadrant account to collaborate on campaigns and conversations.
* Each mailbox can now be linked to a specific team member for better email management and accountability.
* To prevent overwhelming prospects, we now stop generating new conversations for campaigns that already have scheduled messages for one month in the future.
* We added automated responses to handle common customer requests for additional information about our product and services.
* We fixed a bug where forwarded messages displayed an incorrect "From" label in the conversation view.
* We improved our system's ability to identify and group ongoing conversations when new replies are received from prospects.
