# Automated responses

> Week 11, 2023 — March 13 to March 19

In a major update, we've added automated responses to FirstQuadrant. When a lead replies to your email, FirstQuadrant will automatically generate contextual responses that you can review and send. This feature handles various response types including positive replies, negative responses, out-of-office messages, and information requests, making your email communications more efficient.

## Fixes & improvements

* We've added the ability to create new audiences and offerings directly within the campaign creation flow, streamlining your workflow.
* The system no longer attempts to generate descriptions for non-English websites to ensure accuracy.
* Email sending has been moved to a background process, allowing you to continue using FirstQuadrant without interruption while emails are being sent.
* We resolved an issue where quoted text from previous emails was not being properly removed from email messages.
* All messages now display relative timestamps to help you better track your conversations.
